Capabilities

As a modern machine shop specializing in turning operations we have over 150 state of the art CNC, six spindle and rotary transfer machines at our three facilities, Elgin (US), Bensenville (US) and Warsaw (Poland). Our highly trained, motivated and multi-cultural workforce now totals over 300 dispersed among the three facilities.

We machine any kind of material such as steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, high-alloys and can hold very tight tolerances to suit all your precision needs. We also do secondary operations and assembly work.

Receiving
All our facilities have the ability to receive over 40,000 pounds of material a day with a turnaround time of less than 30 minutes per shipment including inspection for raw material acceptance.
 


Stock Room
We implement efficient storage and inventory management practices to ensure our products move into and out of the stock rooms as quickly as possible. We operate on a FIFO basis and only maintain inventory to levels that meet customers needs.
 


Manufacturing
We have over 125 state of the art CNC, multi-spindle and rotary transfer machines. We optimize their utilization to provide our customers a guaranteed flow of products at a fair price.
 


Engineering
Our engineering staff ensure that all manufacturing equipment is programmed, maintained and operated to obtain the best quality product with a lowest possible cycle time.
 


Quality
Quality is paramount throughout our production processes. From receiving through shipping, at every process we use state of the art inspection equipment to measure and verify the products dimensions. SPC and workmanship standards are utilized to achieve our goal of zero ppm.
